Stanford Scriven, SIOR is the founder of Northwest Tenant Group. He has served as Chair of SIOR’s National Tenant Representation Committee, and is nationally recognized as a leader in CRE via industry publications, webinars, and speaking engagements. Stanford has been honored with awards including the 2026 OR/WA CAB Office Broker of the Year, CoStar’s 2024 Oregon Lease of the Year, and OR/WA CAB’s 2021 Deal of the Year.

In his free time Stanford enjoys spending time with his wife and four children.

Carter McFarland, SIOR, is a leading advisor in national tenant representation, with more than a decade of experience guiding companies through complex lease and sale transactions totaling over $700 million in value. He is known for pairing sharp market intelligence with a highly personalized, client-centered approach that helps occupiers make confident, strategic real estate decisions. Drawing on experience from top global and boutique firms, Carter has built a reputation for navigating sophisticated transactions with precision, creativity, and a consistent track record of favorable outcomes.

Grant began his career in transaction advisory at a global commercial real estate firm, representing clients on local, regional and national assignments. He then moved to a regional firm to sharpen his tenant representation skills across different asset classes and specialized requirements. At Northwest Tenant Group, Grant brings experience from a global platform and a personal touch appreciated by clients of any size and industry.​ 

In his free time, Grant enjoys weekend golf, spending time with family and finding great live music.

Becca brings a wealth of experience to Northwest Tenant Group from her previous role at a global commercial real estate firm. She has a proven track record in lease negotiations, property acquisitions and dispositions, and workplace strategy, consistently delivering results that align with her clients' goals.

In her free time, Becca enjoys exploring the natural beauty and vibrant culture of the Pacific Northwest, and spending time with her husband and two children.

Kara Unger brings over 11 years of experience in commercial real estate to Northwest Tenant Group, with a strong background in construction, asset, and property management. Her expertise enables Northwest Tenant Group to provide clients with comprehensive in-house support for project execution, expense recovery analysis, and lease administration.

In her off-time, Kara is an accomplished equestrian, competing at events across the country. She also enjoys golfing, assisting her husband in managing their 64-acre farm, and spending time with their various animals.
